How Will You Ship My Order?

We have hand-picked some of the best shipping companies in the industry. Every product on this web site has been carefully selected to ship by the company that we deem to be the most appropriate to provide you with the best shopping experience possible.

Please note that items that are ordered together may ship separately. Shipping charges, if any, include order processing, item selection, packing, and transportation.

Package Tracking

After your order ships, we will notify you via email the number of packages as well as the tracking information for each package. Alternatively, you may log in to Your Account to track the status of your order. Be sure to Contact Us if anything seems unusual with your shipment.

Small Parcels

ESSCO Stores utilizes UPS and Federal Express whenever possible to provide the fastest and most cost effective delivery experience. Transit times for UPS and FedEx usually range from 3-5 business days.

Truck Freight

For larger volumes of items, your order will ship via a commercial freight carrier. Some items on this web site can only be shipped via freight carrier, however it will be clearly stated on the product page. Typically a carrier representative will call to schedule a delivery and someone will need to be present to accept the package(s).

Liftgate/Back of Truck

In certain cases, you will be responsible for removing the product from the back of the truck. In other cases there may be additional fees to send a truck that has a lift gate to lower your items to the ground. See our Special Attention Products section on this page for more information.

Special Attention Products

Some products on this web site may incur additional fees by the shipping company in addition to the amount that is displayed during checkout. These fees are incurred for a variety of reasons such as residential delivery, lift gate charges, or simply being oversized or overweight. Due to the wide variety of circumstances that these fees are charged and the continual changes in fee amounts by our shipping providers, these fees cannot be displayed in real-time during the checkout process.

These special attention charges generally occur in very rare circumstances. If your order requires special attention, you will be contacted via phone or email. Your order will not be processed until we receive your approval for the additional charges.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Your order from Folding Chair Depot is our livelihood, and therefore we treat it as such. Your order will be processed as fast as we possibly can. We pride ourselves on being able to ship faster than anyone in the folding furniture industry.

In order to provide you with the widest selection and most timely delivery possible, our items are shipped from multiple locations around the country. The amount of time that it takes each product to ship depends on a variety of factors, however we provide "Usually Ships In" timeframes on each product page to give you an estimate how long you can expect the processing time will take. Due to custom options, some items may take up to 4 weeks to process, so be sure to check the product page carefully before you proceed to checkout for the estimated timeframes.

We also provide estimated delivery dates during checkout. When available, these estimates are calculated based from average lead times and the approximate distance your delivery address is from the warehouse(s) where your order will be most likely be shipped. While these estimates are based on the best available information at the time of your order, in rare circumstances the delivery may take longer to process than what is stated on our web site. Delivery estimates are provided for your reference only, and are not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please Contact Us for assistance.

Free Shipping

Some items listed on this web site have free shipping. For these items, it will clearly state "Free Shipping" on the product page. Free shipping applies only to the slowest shipping method, however expedited shipping is usually provided for an extra charge.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available on certain items, and if available it will be specified on the product page. Expedited shipping ensures that your order will get to you as quickly as possible. Please note that while the dates we quote during checkout are accurate in the vast majority of cases, we do not guarantee delivery by these dates. If you need an item to be delivered by a specific date, please Contact Us before placing your order so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Note that expedited shipping is not available if any of the items in an order ship via truck freight. If you need expedited shipping on a particular item in an order that has truck freight shipping and the item in question does not otherwise require truck freight shipping, we recommend you place a separate order for the item and choose expedited shipping.

Where We Deliver

Orders placed on our web site can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands. If you wish to take delivery in Canada or another country, Contact Us and we will be happy to facilitate your needs.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

If you would like to ship your order to more than one address, simply place a separate order for each shipping address. Enter any special delivery instructions in the "Special Instructions" field during checkout. Alternatively, you may Contact Us so that we may facilitate your delivery needs.

Freight Damage or Loss

We use the greatest care in packaging our shipments. However in the unlikely event that your package(s) arrive damaged or have missing parts, please follow these instructions.

  1. Do not accept any package with visible damage to the outside of the shipping container, box, or package.
  2. If your item has concealed damage, save all packaging materials so they can be inspected by the freight carrier.
  3. Contact Us within 48 hours after delivery to report any concealed damage inside of the package, missing parts, missing accessories, or packages that you refused due to damage. Our customer support staff will provide further instructions.

If you do not report concealed damage to us within 2 business days after receiving the package, your claim may not be accepted by the freight carrier, so it is urgent that you contact us immediately if this should occur.
