At Folding Chair Depot, we make shopping as easy as possible. This includes returning an item to our store. While
we would prefer not to get the item back, we understand that sometimes it is necessary.
We have provided the following step-by-step instructions to make returning items to us as painless as possible. Please
note that all return merchandise authorization (RMA) requests are subject to approval by our staff. All returns are also subject to our
Return Policy terms and conditions.

Go to the Order History page in your account.
Please note that you will need to login to your account in order to see this page.

Click the "Details" button on the order that contains the item(s) that you wish to return. Note if you need to
return items from multiple orders, you will need to submit multiple requests.

Check the box next to the item(s) you wish to return and click the "Return Item(s)" button.

Update the quantity fields with the number of items you wish to return.

Select the reason for the return from the dropdown. If it is not listed, you can choose "Other" from the dropdown
and type in the reason for the return in the "Comments" field.

Fill in the remaining information, updating it if necessary. Click the "Submit" button when finished.

After you submit your RMA request, you will receive an email RMA request confirmation. You will be notified whether
the RMA request was approved via email within 2 business days of your request. Upon approval of your request, your item should be returned to us within 10 business days.

Please package the item carefully. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. All parts, hardware,
books, and other original materials must be included to avoid any additional charges.

Clearly put the RMA number on the outside of the package. Any package that is returned without an RMA number
on the outside of the package will be refused delivery.

Return the package to the return address that we provide with your RMA approval. Returns that are shipped to
our administrative offices cannot be accepted.

Provide us with the tracking number for your return package. This will ensure that your package will arrive
at its destination, and that you will receive a timely credit or exchange for your item. Please do not send
your return item without tracking, as it is important that we can track the status of the return.

Please do not request a chargeback of your purchase from your credit card company while waiting for us to
process your return. Returning an item requires several steps, some of which the timeline is out of our control,
so please be patient while you wait for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
