Description
The National Public Seating 8500 series high-tech ultra compact stacking chair is the ultimate chair for maximum stack-ability. This chair can be stacked up to an amazing 40 chairs high when combined with a DY-85 stacking chair dolly. The 8500 series stack chair is built on an 11mm chrome plated solid rod frame with seats/backs in 4 different color choices - gunmetal gray, navy, wine, and black. This chair is designed for comfort, convenience, and usability. There is a convenient handle cut out in the back to make this chair easy to move and stack, and 4 replaceable non-marring floor glides protect your floor from damage. The color is injection molded all the way through so the polypropylene finish will not fade over time. Add an optional under-seat book rack or tablet arm for the ultimate classroom or training room chair that stacks.

National Public Seating Corp.® (NPS) offers the original purchaser a warranty against all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from date of purchase for five (5) years. If defective, NPS will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.

Orders are accepted under the express agreement that under no circumstances will seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for any other loss, damage or expense of any kind, including loss of profits, arising in connection with the order or with the use or inability to use seller's products furnished under the order. Seller's maximum liability shall not exceed and buyer's remedy is limited to either (i) repair or replacement of the defective part or product, or at seller's option (ii) return of the product and refund of the purchase price. Such remedy shall be the buyer's entire and exclusive remedy.

In addition, most powder coating overspray that does not adhere to the part is retrieved and reused, virtually eliminating the waste commonly found in liquid finishing processes.
