Description
The National Public Seating 8200 series melody music stacking chair was designed specifically with the needs of the music department in mind. To meet the unique demands of the musical performance environment, the stacking music chair is designed band-pitch style with a seat to back angle of 97 degrees, allowing for maximum breathing capability. This music chair is also ideal for any activity that requires your back to be in a more upright position. The chair seat and back are constructed of a color-impregnated high-density polypropylene that is contoured for hours of musical comfort and is finished in black. This music chair can be stacked up to 18 chairs high on the DY-82 stack chair dolly, which is specifically designed for this chair. There is an optional tablet arm with a plywood core that flips around behind the back of the chair and out of the way of your instrument. This stacking melody chair even comes at a price that is music to the ears!

National Public Seating Corp.® (NPS) offers the original purchaser a warranty against all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from date of purchase for five (5) years. If defective, NPS will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.

Orders are accepted under the express agreement that under no circumstances will seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for any other loss, damage or expense of any kind, including loss of profits, arising in connection with the order or with the use or inability to use seller's products furnished under the order. Seller's maximum liability shall not exceed and buyer's remedy is limited to either (i) repair or replacement of the defective part or product, or at seller's option (ii) return of the product and refund of the purchase price. Such remedy shall be the buyer's entire and exclusive remedy.

While liquid finishes contain solvents which have pollutants known as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), powder coating contains no solvents and releases negligible amounts, if any, of VOCs into the atmosphere. In addition, most powder coating overspray that does not adhere to the part is retrieved and reused, virtually eliminating the waste commonly found in liquid finishing processes.
