Description
National Public Seating has taken the folding chair to a new level with their 2" thick padded box seat. Just take a seat and you will see that this is like no other folding chair. Features include a 2" upholstered box seat on a masonite board, padded backs are fully covered in fabric on both sides, double hinges on each chair leg, two double-riveted cross braces, color coordinated stability plugs and floor glides, designer fabrics and textured powder-coated frames. Add a rolling folding chair truck for maximum portability and storage potential.

National Public Seating Corp.® (NPS) offers the original purchaser a warranty against all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from date of purchase for five (5) years. If defective, NPS will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.

Orders are accepted under the express agreement that under no circumstances will seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for any other loss, damage or expense of any kind, including loss of profits, arising in connection with the order or with the use or inability to use seller's products furnished under the order. Seller's maximum liability shall not exceed and buyer's remedy is limited to either (i) repair or replacement of the defective part or product, or at seller's option (ii) return of the product and refund of the purchase price. Such remedy shall be the buyer's entire and exclusive remedy.

While liquid finishes contain solvents which have pollutants known as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), powder coating contains no solvents and releases negligible amounts, if any, of VOCs into the atmosphere. In addition, most powder coating overspray that does not adhere to the part is retrieved and reused, virtually eliminating the waste commonly found in liquid finishing processes.
