Return Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost, and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience. We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs, was not what you had hoped for, or it simply does not fit with your decor or in the intended space. If you are not completely satisfied with something you bought from us, you may send it back within 30 days from the date your order was placed and we shall be happy to credit, exchange, or refund the purchase price of that item, less any shipping, handling or restocking costs.

Shipping, Handling, and Restocking Charges

Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed unless the return was due to an error that occurred on our part. When shipping is included in the product price, such as those marked "Free Shipping", actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Some of our products carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fees vary from one manufacturer to the next, but generally range from 15% - 35% of the order subtotal, not including shipping, handling, or sales tax. Please contact us if you need more information about shipping, restocking and exclusions on any products you are considering purchasing.

Refused Orders

With the exception of packages that arrive with visible damage, any order that is refused shipment shall be considered a "return" and subject to the same shipping, handling, and restocking fees as if your order had been returned through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system.

Returning an Item

To return an item, simply follow the instructions on our Return an Item page. Or, if you prefer you may contact us via phone at 1-800-734-8368 to submit your RMA request.

Please note that final RMA approval may take up to 2 business days to process, and is subject to the terms outlined in this Return Policy.

After your item is returned it can take several days to process your return credit or exchange. Please provide us with package tracking information to ensure your return can be processed as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products on this web site are not returnable because they included custom manufacturing or tailoring. Other products that are not returnable are items marked as closeout or discontinued. These items may not be returned under any circumstance, however if the item is defective we will be happy to assist you attain a suitable replacement. If an item is not returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page for the item.
